By creating an account or using DashResQ you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
DashResQ provides crash detection and emergency-activation features that supplement, and do not replace, professional emergency services. Availability of specific features depends on your device, region and network.
3. Not a medical device
DashResQ is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, monitor or prevent any medical condition. Never rely on it as your sole means of obtaining emergency help.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, trigger false emergencies, interfere with dispatch, or use it unlawfully. Deliberate false alerts may lead to suspension and liability.
5. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials and emergency-contact information accurate and secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DashResQ is not liable for delays, failures or inaccuracies in detection or dispatch, including those caused by device, network or third-party emergency-service limitations.
7. Intellectual property
All software, models, branding and content are owned by DashResQ or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use the service for its intended purpose.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at our registered office, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
